We buy cars across Washington — the I-5 corridor from Bellingham down through Everett, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and Vancouver, plus Spokane, the Tri-Cities and the towns in between. Tell us what you have, get a real number in about two minutes, and keep it for seven days while you think.
Most of the cars we buy here are the ones nobody else wants to deal with. A Subaru that finally lost its head gasket after 240,000 miles of mountain passes. A truck that has been sitting behind the garage since the last time it passed a smog check anyone remembers. A commuter car that got rear-ended on 405 and came back from the body shop estimate with a number bigger than the car is worth. We buy those as-is, and the tow is on us.
Washington paperwork is straightforward once you know the two moving parts. You sign the title over to us, and then you file a Report of Sale with the Department of Licensing. You have five business days, it costs a few dollars online, and it is the thing that stops the next owner's tickets and tolls from landing in your mailbox. We handle our side of the transfer; you file the report and you are done with the car for good.
No title in the drawer? That is a normal Tuesday for us. Washington DOL issues replacement titles, and several offices around the state offer same-day Quick Title if you need it fast. Tell us the situation when you get your offer and we will tell you honestly whether we can work with it, what it will take, and how long it usually runs.
What you get from us is one number, not a range that shrinks when the truck shows up. Answer the questions honestly and that number is what we hand you at pickup: the dent you have stopped noticing, the check engine light that never went off, the fact that it has not started since February. The cars we buy here run from a few hundred dollars for something the wreckers would take, up into the thousands for a clean, running car with life left in it. Either way you find out in about two minutes, and the offer keeps for a week while you decide.

Where we pick up, and how soon
- Tacoma and Pierce County
- Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Puyallup, Fife, Spanaway, Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Gig Harbor — usually within a day or two, often same day.
- Puget Sound
- Seattle, Everett, Olympia, Bremerton, Bellevue, Renton, Bellingham — usually two to four days, because we run these as a route.
- the rest of Washington
- Spokane, Vancouver, Yakima, Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, Bend of the Columbia — up to about a week, and we confirm the date before you commit.
If you can’t find the title
We can usually still buy the car. What we need:
- the car is registered in your name, or you are the executor of the estate that owns it
- your photo ID matches the name on the registration
- any loan on the car is paid off, or your lender is willing to work with us on the payoff
A Washington replacement title takes usually a couple of weeks by mail, or same day at the Department of Licensing offices that offer Quick Title. Sorting it out doesn't change your offer.
What we can’t take on: cars registered to someone we cannot reach — a previous owner who signed nothing; abandoned vehicles left on your property, which the state handles through a registered tow operator.
